Ryan Krofcheck is a musician and creative producer based in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. His work includes websites, email and CRM communications, live production, and community arts.

Fletcher’s Grove has been a primary project in his life for 20+ years. Through songwriting, performing, and working with the band, he has learned what audiences, musicians, venues, and events need. He also performs solo and in duos, drawing from Appalachian, bluegrass, folk, and Americana traditions.

At Snowshoe Mountain, Ryan is Senior CRM & Email Specialist. His work covers campaigns, audience segmentation, automation, app notifications, testing, reporting, and communication planning.

He founded Springhouse Mediaworks in January 2025 and serves as Founder and Creative Producer. The practice focuses on creating websites, with design, event planning, equipment consulting, and live sound supporting the needs of each project.

Ryan is executive producer, host, and recording engineer for the Opera House Story Sessions. His broader Pocahontas County Opera House work includes live sound, video, radio broadcasts, grants, design, communications, and music education. He also helps plan, promote, fund, design, and produce the Hammons Fiddle & Banjo Contest.

His teaching experience includes leading student rock bands at PopShop, substitute teaching with Monongalia County Schools, and teaching high school live-sound workshops. He serves on the boards of Allegheny Mountain Radio and Pocahontas County Broadband.
